If you are a retail store, an innkeeper, or other special order customer, please email us with a few pieces of information (contact person, establishment name, complete address, phone number) and we'll get back to you right away with a special url for ordering -- and a discount, wholesale price list.

Ordering cards constitutes an agreement to our terms and conditions:

All shipping is via UPS. Returns are not accepted unless merchandise is damaged in transit and a written request is made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Products are not available on a returnable basis. Cancellation of backorders must be requested within 7 days of receipt of invoice, otherwise backorders will be shipped as ready.
